We ensure that our staff maintain high standards of cleanliness regimen and go through obligatory health check-ups. Our employees are following prudence measures by wearing gloves and protective masks. Our entire staff team is being checked for their hygiene and temperature before exercising on their responsibilities on a daily basis.
Precautionary actions are being taken and the entire hotel is sanitized for our guests. Regular sanitization around the common contact surface in the hotel is done. As the disease can easily be carried through contact from objects or surfaces, we disinfect every square inch of our hotel with chemicals. We recommend keeping 2 meters distance between guests when inline to help in sustaining the health conditions. We offer in-room dining service where eating bowls, plates will be heated and warmed for better cleanliness. We assure you that the in-room check-in will take place with no interaction

Here are some measures that Hotel will take into consideration for your safety.
1) Thermal screening of all guests will be done.
2) Luggage disinfection shall be done.
3) Guests will have to go through the sanitization process.
4) Mask is mandatory for every guest else entry to the reception area shall be denied.
5) After performing all these above SOP, guests will be allowed to enter into the Reception area.
6) Receptionist will check the required documentation like Covid-19 report, hotel booking Ids etc.
7) Receptionist will brief SOP to be followed by the guests throughout their whole stay in the hotel.
8) Guest will have to fill up & sign a self declaration form & hotel services that have been provided or yet to be provided during stay.
9) After performing these entire SOP, guests will be allowed to enter the room.
10) No cleaning shall be done post 05:00 pm.
11) Cleaning shall be done in absence of guests to maintain social distancing norms.
12) Service ordered by guest during stay shall be given at door only. Room boys are not allowed to enter the guest's room.
13) No order of food shall be served in the restaurant.
14) Food order shall be served in room but the waiter is not allowed to enter into the guest’s room.
We're requesting our guests to send the photocopy of theID proof(Aadhar card, voter card, driving license or passport) at the time of booking.
